Answers:

- What is the procedure of registering Cafe Manager?
- When you install Cafe Manager it will produce a unique Serial Number. You can see this number on Registration window when you start the program or in Help/About menu.
In order to register your copy of Cafe Manager you need to buy a license for the Serial Number you have.
- To buy a license you can either click "Purchase" button on a Registration screen or visit Order section of this website.
After you submit online registration and payment details forms License key will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
- Does registration fee depend on a number of computers in my network?
- No for Cafe Manager Lite;
 - Yes for Cafe Manager Pro. Unlimited clients license available;
   
- What types of payment do you accept?
- Vibersoft.com has two payment processing partners:
   AVANGATE and REGSOFT 
 
- AVANGATE accepts major credit  cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Dinners Club) and Wire Transfer;
 - REGSOFT accepts major credit  cards ( Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discovery) also Phone and FAX orders, Postal orders, Checks and PayPal orders

- Can I get Cafe Manger and Shield on CD?
- Yes it is possible. Although our software available in electronic format only and we do not ship physical software box, you can order Cafe Manager and Screen Shield on CD-ROM if you purchase software from our partner REGSOFT.  
- Can Cafe Manager be configured to work with a cash register?
- No. Cafe Manager does not have an interface for any sort of hardware devices.
- Does your system accept the use of magnetic card readers for time loading or payments?
- No, unfortunately Cafe Manager doesn't use magnetic card readers

  
- Can Cafe Manager automatically keep track on how many pages customer has printed?
- No. The number of printouts to be included into the final charge has to be entered into Cafe Manager by a member of staff.

 
- Can I use any currency in the Cafe Manager?
- Yes. In Cafe Manager you can use a currency different from Windows default currency. You can enter any currency sign in configuration menu. Program will use that symbol. 
  
- Do you support thin clients, laptop customers, game consoles or wireless communication?
Cafe Manager Lite: - No.
Cafe Manager Pro: 
- If you do not install Screen Shield on client systems (thin clients, laptops, wireless etc or on games consoles) then Cafe Manager will only monitor time and produce changes for those clients. 
When Screen Shield installed on the clients then you can Lock, Unlock, Restart, Shutdown those system by the signal from Cafe Manager. Screen Shield can only be installed on Windows based systems and can be operated either by IP Address or Network Path (mapped drives) connection modes. 
If your wireless devices do not support any from above connection methods the Cafe Manager will not be able to control wireless clients.
- Can customers login to the client systems by themselves with Time codes, passwords etc.?
- No. If you are using Screen Shield as a client software then the client systems have to be unlocked from Cafe Manager program by a member of staff.
