Reseller Option Plan

Conditions
|
Any user familiar with the Vibersoft Cafe Manager Pro (Product) can be a reseller of Product .
As a reseller with this Option Plan (ROP) you will have rights to sell Product from vibersoft.com (ViB) to customers for any price ROP finds relevant. It is assumed that ROP will buy Product from ViB by its current price listed and then resell Product to the customer by ROP’s price.

1.1 ROP
responsibilities: |

As ROP you will be responsible:
- For any financial transactions between you and your
customers;
- For initial support during installation and configuration of Product (if
required);
|
It is recommended that you have installed and configured Product in your environment and then registered your personal copy of Product before reselling. This will ensure:
- You will be able to provide initial support for customer during installation and configuration of
Product;
- Ability for you to receive upgrades intended for registered customers
only;
- You can also use it as a Demo system for your
customers

1.1 ViB
responsibilities: |
|
ViB will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to ROP/customer;
- Issuing License Key on a name specified by ROP on on-line Order and Registration Form during purchasing, after payment has been
approved;
- Sending Registration Key to e-mail address specified by ROP on on-line Order and Registration Form during
purchasing;

| 2.
Termination
|
ViB reserves rights to refuse an application for ROP by no reason given.
ViB reserves rights to terminate completely, stop offering, change or make an additions to this Option Plan by any reason.
